Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney born Amal Ramzi Alamuddin is a British-Lebanese Barrister and human rights activist, philanthropist and human rights advocate. She graduated from Oxford University School of Law in addition to New York University School of Law is internationally recognized in her professional career and for her achievements in the areas of the international law of human rights. Clients include a number of high-profile nation-states, including Armenia as well as its fight to get the Turkish government recognize Armenia's right to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney got engaged to American actor George Clooney to marry him in 2014. The couple instantly became an iconic name in pop media. Before this she was respected and well-known in legal circles because of her success in defending clients. Her work ranges from social justice issues and human rights to representing multinational companies during discussions or in court proceedings regarding the regulations of government.
